[DGM] Zohar Yatin Vakrabhuji

It's not perfect, but here's my DGM oc! I'll have to fix it up later. Sorry for the shaky lines btw. Still working on lineart skills.

Appearance: Zohar is a tall, attractive young man with caramel skin and green eyes. His brown hair is scruffy from the lack of brushing, but he somehow manages to pull it off. He is very thin, surprisingly, considering how much he eats.

Scars/Markings: Maybe a scar here and there, but nothing significant.

Personality: Zohar may come off as conceited and even rude when you first meet him. He doesn't mean to offend others, but he naturally has a lot of pride in himself. However, if you can survive his cockiness, you'll find that he is sensitive and actually very caring. He tries hard to win people over, and although he's difficult, Zohar makes up for it with his strong passion to protect his loved ones. He tends to rush into decisions, deeming him an idiot, but he does it with good intentions. Zohar can also be very secretive at times.


History: Born into royalty, Zohar was a very privileged child. He received a high education, where he learned to speak English, and flourished in his studies. He was very quick to catch onto things, therefore, he developed a lot of pride. His parents adored him, as did his siblings, and that only made him more cocky. Since Zohar was treated with such kindness and respect, it seemed he was living a pretty good life. However, a sudden illness spread and left one of his siblings in a critical state. They soon passed on, but Zohar wasn't as affected as his brothers and sisters. He was only seven, after all.
Years passed, and strange things started happening. Zohar would be having his usual fit, and then things would literally explode. It scared him. There was no explanation to the things that were happening, so he'd just sit on the floor and bury his face. That's when his younger sister, Chameli, comforted him. She was always clinging onto him like a monkey, but he was okay with it. He'd often go with her to check up on his eldest brother, Aadi. Ever since the death of their sibling, Aadi had lost control. He couldn't eat, and would just lay in bed doing nothing. It was a miracle that he was still alive, considering he hadn't eaten a proper meal in years.
More time passed this way. Zohar, of course, developed a fear of looking anyone in the eyes. The instances with his innocence happened frequently, and he knew he had to do something. Chameli was his closest sister, so he decided to tell her first. 'I'm going away for a while, to control whatever has possessed me in this way.' he explained. That was how he began to develop his sync rate. For almost two years, he practiced to maintain his innocence, and make certain that he wouldn't hurt anyone. Once Zohar knew he was ready, he came back. Life resumed as normal, and that would've been the end of it if it weren't for his visit with older brother.
One day, Zohar visited Aadi by himself. It seemed it'd be the same thing, just a one sided conversation and then he'd take off. However, that night, Zohar discovered that Aadi was dead, and he was an akuma. This entire time, it was searching for the innocence, which happened to be his eyes. Luckily, while panicking, he activated his innocence and eliminated the akuma before it could kill anyone else.
Knowing that this information couldn't just be kept to himself, he told his sister. And now that his innocence was officially activated, the akuma were swarming towards their palace. One of the finders that happened to be in India noticed this, and knew that Zohar had to be an exorcist. He sat the prince down and explained the situation to him, and at the age of 17, Zohar was on his way to become apart of the black order.

Powers and Abilities: Using his parasitic innocence, Zohar has the ability to destroy objects with a mere glance. However, if he uses his innocence for a prolonged amount of time, it will strain his eyes and cause temporary blindness or worse. Also, there's a certain range to where he can use it. For example, if he's looking at you from 20 feet away, then you couldn't be a target.
